Claims Processor

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of the claims processing team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of insurance claims.

What you will do: You will review and process incoming insurance claims; verify the validity of claims; communicate with claimants and other stakeholders; maintain accurate records.

Key responsibility:

• Reviewing and processing incoming insurance claims.
• Verifying the validity of claims based on policy terms and conditions.
• Communicating with claimants to obtain necessary information and documentation.
• Processing claims payments in accordance with company procedures.

• Maintaining accurate records of all claims processed.
• Identifying and reporting any potential fraudulent claims.
• Meeting daily and monthly targets for claims processing.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with insurance claims processing (preferred).
