Compliance Officer (General Insurance)

What role you will play in team: You will play a critical role in ensuring Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance's General Insurance division maintains the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

What you will do: You will monitor regulatory changes, conduct audits, implement compliance procedures and train staff to ensure our operations are aligned with all applicable rules and regulations.

Key responsibility:

• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Train staff on compliance procedures and best practices.

• Investigate potential compliance issues and take corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports.
• Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of insurance regulations and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
