Credit Risk Officer - Collections

What role you will play in team: You will play a critical role in the recovery of overdue loan payments. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of delinquent accounts and minimizing credit losses.

What you will do: You'll contact delinquent borrowers, negotiate payment plans, and work to ensure timely repayments of outstanding loans.

Key responsibility:

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent loan accounts.
• Contact borrowers to understand reasons for delinquency and negotiate payment plans.
• Monitor repayment progress and take appropriate action for non-payment.
• Maintain detailed records of all communication and interactions with borrowers.

• Adhere to ethical and regulatory guidelines in collections activities.
• Collaborate with legal and other departments to resolve complex cases.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in collections or related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
