Internal Audit Associate

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of the internal audit team, contributing to the assessment of financial and operational controls within Bajaj Energy.

What you will do: You will execute audit procedures, document findings, and participate in reporting to management.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting audits of financial statements, processes and controls.
• Identifying and evaluating risks and controls.
• Documenting audit findings and preparing reports.
• Communicating findings to management and making recommendations for improvement.

• Participating in the development and implementation of audit programs.
• Working on special projects as assigned.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in internal audit.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
