Job Description

What role you will play in team: You will play a critical role in investigating motor insurance claims, ensuring fair and accurate assessment of damages and liability, contributing to prompt claim settlements.

What you will do: You will visit accident sites, gather evidence, interview witnesses, assess vehicle damage, and determine liability to support fair claim resolution.

Key responsibility:

  • Visit accident sites to gather evidence and assess damage.
  • Interview witnesses, insured parties, and other relevant parties.
  • Document findings accurately and thoroughly.
  • Assess vehicle damage and determine repair costs.
  • Determine liability based on investigation findings.
  • Prepare detailed reports for claim adjusters.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in motor vehicle accident investigation is a plus.
  • Strong investigative and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.

A Day in the Life: Your day will consist of visiting accident sites, conducting interviews, taking photographs and documenting evidence. You'll then prepare a comprehensive report that will be used by the claims adjusters to determine the settlement amount for the claim.
