Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy across various platforms.

- Create engaging content, including text, image and video posts.

- Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages and reviews.

- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

2. Digital Marketing:

- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines (SEO).

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

3. Content Creation:

- Generate creative and compelling content for blogs, articles and website copy.

- Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality written and visual content.

- Basic video editing and photo editing skills are a plus.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze website and social media performance using analytics tools.

- Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media and Digital Marketing

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Proficient in basic video editing and photo editing tools.

5. Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging and shareable content.

6. Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

7. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills & collaborative approach.

About Bakliwal Tutorials:

Bakliwal Tutorials (BT) was started in March 2005 with the aim to help students preparing for IIT-JEE, realize their dreams, and make sure that the preparation process itself becomes a fun-filled and growth involving experience. The institute is successfully doing so and is now training more than 4000 students across various courses in Maharashtra. Our head office is located in Pune.

We have produced outstanding results year on year. In the JEE Advanced 2024 exam, BT alone has 12 students in the top 500 AIRs, whereas all other coaching institutes of Pune combined have just 1 student in top 500 AIRs. The result produced by BT is distributive, 773 BT students had cleared JEE Main 2024 and out of them 347 students cleared the JEE Advanced exam. More than 163 BT students secured an AIR within top 10000 in JEE Advanced.

We made Maharashtra proud in 2017 & 2020 when our students secured AIR 2 and AIR 7 in JEE Advanced 2017 and 2020 respectively topping Maharashtra.
