Product Manager -Finance Operations (Oracle, MS Dynamics)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Product Manager FinOps & Financial Systems to own financial operations driven product initiatives across our platform. This role combines product ownership, financial systems expertise, and FinOps principles to drive cost transparency, forecasting, optimization, and system integrations.

You will work closely with Engineering, Finance, Cloud Operations, and Leadership to translate financial data into actionable product decisions, while ensuring tight alignment with enterprise financial systems such as Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the product roadmap for FinOps and financial systems initiatives

Translate financial and cost data into clear product requirements

Drive FinOps practices including budgeting, forecasting, tagging, and optimization

Own integrations with Oracle ERP and Microsoft Dynamics Finance

Partner with Engineering, Finance, and DevOps teams

Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership

Manage backlog, sprint planning, and Agile delivery

Required Experience & Skills Must-Have:

6+ years of Product Management experience

Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials and/or Microsoft Dynamics Finance

Strong understanding of FinOps or financial governance in technology platforms

Ability to translate financial data into product decisions

Nice-to-Have:

Experience in fintech, payments, or digital rewards

Exposure to cloud cost tooling or large-scale cloud environments
