Vaaruni Jewellery is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Officer with a minimum of 7 years of experience to manage the financial operations of it new showroomVIAARA @Race course,Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting overall financial health of the business.

• Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting functions, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and staff reimbursements
• Monitor inventory-related accounting and stock reconciliation
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time
• Assist in audits (internal and statutory) and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and consultants
• Generate monthly reports for management decision-making

• Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail or jewellery industry

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (M.Com or CA-Inter)
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting software
• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English
