Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle encompassing onboarding, transfers, and exit formalities with precision and timeliness.
Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and data across HRMS and related systems.
Partner with vendors for background verification, ensuring adherence to
defined SLAs and compliance norms.
Prepare periodic HR dashboards, trackers, and analytical reports for management review and audits.
Draft and review employee communications, letters, and templates.
Ensure data readiness for internal and external teams.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive operational accuracy and timely process closure.
Assist in improvement initiatives, including automation, and HR system enhancements.

Strong process orientation, attention to detail, and ability to work with high levels of accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; ability to manage and interpret data effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence and reports.
Sense of accountability, confidentiality, and integrity.
Interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels
