Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.

In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.
Process Overview.
The Managed Implementation function sits within Global Treasury and Merchant Operations (GTMO). It supports large corporate and commercial banking clients and comprises of Intake Specialist, Express Implementation, and Centralized Inline QA teams.
With the scope addition of GTMO Reporting work, this Individual Contributor role will own end-to-end reporting execution and entails GBS teams supporting GTMO Business Support teams with daily report creation, automation, and delivery using standard data and reporting tools across regions. The team will manage data preparation, reporting, workflows, and issue resolution, while partnering closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver accurate, consistent, and timely reports.

GTMO Reporting role is responsible for the production, automation, and delivery of recurring reports and data processes using established ETL and BI platforms. The position requires strong ownership of reporting workflows, including troubleshooting and resolving issues when standard processes encounter errors.
The role will also support the automation of reporting solutions end‑to‑end, from data acquisition through visualization and delivery. Frequent engagement with internal stakeholders and managers is a core part of the role, requiring clear communication and a strong understanding of both data and business context.
The ideal candidate is experienced, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while proactively identifying opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and reduce risk.
Responsibilities.
Own day‑to‑day report production, automation, and visualization workflows
Develop and maintain efficient, reliable data processes that support consistent reporting
Troubleshoot data and process issues and implement sustainable fixes
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver high‑quality solutions
Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency, accuracy, and standardization across reports
Strong data understanding and reporting discipline
High attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving mindset with focus on root-cause resolution
Ownership of end-to-end reporting workflows
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Requirements.
Education.
Certifications If Any
Experience Range.
5+ years with data processing, reporting, or analytics roles
Foundational skills.
Strong ability to write and interpret SQL
Experience with Alteryx or a comparable ETL / data preparation platform
Experience with Tableau or a comparable BI visualization tool
Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Desired skills
Automation mindset with focus on efficiency
Dashboard design and data storytelling
Process improvement and standardization experience
Understanding of risk and controls in reporting
