Global Business Services
Global Business Services operates by delivering Technology and Operations support to various Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions at Bank of America. In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation responsible for Global Business Services" operations in India.
Process Overview
The Global Information Security (GIS) team plays a vital role in safeguarding Bank information systems, confidential data, and customer information. The team formulates the Bank's Information Security strategy, manages the Information Security program, identifies vulnerabilities, develops risk-based controls, and operates a global security operations center to monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
We are looking for a meticulous and knowledgeable Cloud Security Review QA Analyst to join our Information Security team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of cloud-based systems, applications, and services with security best practices, regulatory standards, and internal policies. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in cloud security, quality assurance, and risk assessment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cloud security assessments aligned with evidence.
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and security teams to assess risks and offer remediation suggestions.
- Monitor, track, and report findings from cloud security reviews, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Perform QA testing of security controls and processes to verify their effectiveness.
- Maintain documentation related to cloud security reviews and QA processes.
- Assist in the development and update of cloud security review checklists and playbooks.
- Stay updated on evolving cloud security threats, technologies, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and maintain QA documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Certification: CCSK
Experience Range: 6+ years

- College degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is advantageous.
- Proven experience in software quality assurance or a QA-related role.
- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (Java, Python, etc.) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Desired Skills
- QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
- Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (Java, Python, etc.) is beneficial.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
