Process Overview

The Data Management Technology & Enterprise Architecture - Enterprise Data Platform Services (DMTEA EDPS) team manages the Enterprise Data lake at scale in support of bank business units data analytics and data warehouse services. This includes Platform Engineering and Architecture services for ETL and Big Data technologies, Engineering and Operations for emerging technologies, Teradata and Hadoop ecosystem and application support for Data Management technologies. Highly capable team of 260+ engineers, operating 16x7, responsible for maintaining the stability of data platforms and providing timely management of SLAs for DMT applications. The team also delivers projects on ETL development for various LOBs, Devops and inhouse tools for Teradata and Hadoop. Additionally, the team also provides several value adds including Operational Excellence, Collaboration and Engagement through various workstreams

This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of Infrastructure Delivery projects for the Data and GIS platforms across multiple regions of APAC, EMEA and AMRS. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks and compliance. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners

Responsibilities:

• Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of Infrastructure Delivery Projects, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
• Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple regions, as well as Compliance and Risk
• Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders
• Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule
• Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
• Manages program financials and supports resource planning
• Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards

Requirements

Education: BE/B. Tech/MCA

Experience Range: 12 to 18 years

. Experience of managing the technology infrastructure remediation for End Of Life, NPT and Vulnerabilities.
