Process Overview*:
This role is part of Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT). EIT is a control function that performs independent testing to ensure robust governance and appropriate oversight process is in place. It assesses that controls are effective, complete, and appropriate through our risk management process – Identify, Measure, Monitor and Control. Testing is performed on controls set in various stage of product life cycle for Home Loans, Mortgage and Vehicle Servicing Operations, Financial Center Operations, and others, to determine the effectiveness, applicability, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness for various activity performed by Consumer Banking, Staff Support and Control Function teams.

Associate reviews the targeted tests submitted through Front Line Units to ensure coverage of any applicable regulations documented in FLU procedures that emerge in end-to-end calls or e mails being evaluated.
The process includes listening to the call recording and reviewing the transaction entered.
Responsibilities*

• They will utilize quality forms to make assessments. The associate is required to document results onto GWA and SharePoint site- Excel sheet.
  
• The associate needs reviewing of targeted tests submitted through Onshore RBCC agents to ensure accuracy of order entered and its effective recording. The process includes listening to the call recordings and reviewing the transactions entered to identify and highlight all the erroneous high dollar value transactions to avoid the associated risks.
• Candidates must have excellent organization skills as well as good problem-solving skills (if required verify process in Standard Operating Procedure documents.

Education*: Graduate (any stream)
Experience Range*: 2 – 5 years
