The Market Data Operations team in APAC is responsible for delivering and providing day-to-day support for critical market data feeds, delivery platforms, and applications in the region. This role serves as the primary support for Market Data infrastructure across Asia Pacific regions, encompassing applications, servers, and connectivity. The position also involves testing and implementing real-time market data infrastructure and in-house tools, requiring a diverse skill set critical to delivering reliable, timely, and cost-effective market data solutions that enable our business lines and electronic trading systems to make informed decisions and stay competitive.
As a member of the Market Data Services team, you will collaborate with colleagues in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, and Mumbai to manage commercial, risk, and application aspects of Market Data, ensuring comprehensive and high-quality end-to-end services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain market data infrastructures/platforms to minimize business impact.
- Coordinate with market data vendors and exchanges in the region for technical issues.
- Manage vendor and exchange-driven changes and relationships.
- Plan and implement production changes, conduct testing, and verify successful changes.
- Act as a subject matter expert for market data distributed by regional exchanges and major vendors.
- Design, implement, and improve monitoring tools to ensure data accuracy, infrastructure availability, and stability.
Required Skills:
- Understanding of Global Markets for Asia Equities.
- Experience with server Operating Systems like Red Hat Linux and Windows.
- IT Service Management knowledge including Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management.

- Technical engagement with third-party service providers.
- Familiarity with market data delivery platforms.
- Operational Excellence mindset and problem-solving passion.
Desired Skills:
- Strong scripting skills (Perl, Python, bash scripting) for automation.
- Knowledge of Market Data Products such as DACS, DART, Bpipe, Activ, FXT.
- Effective communication skills for critical incident triage.,
