Overview

The main objective is to drive the strategic roadmap and execution of our platform engineering initiatives to deliver high-impact technical solutions, both developed in-house and by third party vendors. This role combines deep technical expertise with project management excellence to build and scale foundational systems for ORD that enable collaboration departments across the bank.

Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

Developer and Data Analysis

• Design and develop in-house technical solutions and dashboards. Contribute directly to technical implementation through hands-on development, code reviews, and architectural design

Backend Platform Administrator:

• Act as administrator for multiple platform services and fulfill requests from department

Technical Project Manager:

• Define and execute end-to-end product roadmaps for executing the development of multiple technical platform services. Serve as the primary liaison between engineering vendors and BOC stakeholders. Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions to engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required at the time of hiring; Masters degree preferred
• Internship experiences in Data Science or Software Development preferred
• Software Development, Data Analysis, Dashboard Development, Project Management skills preferred

Pay Range
Actual salary is commensurate with candidates relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.
