Were seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our External Reporting - US Regulatory Reporting team. This role is located in Chennai, TN In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways: Demonstrates extensive knowledge of regulatory reporting best practices and understanding of Basel rules and regulatory reports Validate critical data elements used for exposure and RWA calculations of key exposure categories Quarterly, prepare capital analysis presentation and earnings materials for senior Finance leaderships, including the CFO, Head of Investor Relations, and others Prepare and submit mandatory regulatory reports like FR Y-9C, FFIEC 101, FFIEC 031 and other US regulatory capital reports to regulatory authorities Strong control mindset ensuring data accuracy and strict compliance with established regulatory reporting governance including ICRR/SOX/RCSA mandates Manage reporting processes, oversee data issue identification and resolution, and maintain procedure documents and internal controls Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for data systems and support implementation projects related to new products or regulatory changes.
