The portfolio managers have a combined experience of over 6-5 years in the capital markets and over 4-5 years in managing funds and this expertise has been developed over multiple business cycles since 1991.
As of December 2025, the firm manages approximately Rs 600 crores in its PMS strategies and advises on another Rs. 450+ crores of assets.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of PMS operations, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, process efficiency, and seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end PMS and fund accounting, including NAV computation, unit reconciliation, and expense allocation

- Supervise daily trade execution, liquidity management, and EOD trade bifurcation with custodians for multiple scheme
- Ensure accuracy of client portfolios on PMS sheets and internal MIS
- Liaise with brokers, custodians, and banks to resolve settlement and operational issues
- Oversee client fund flows, including third-party investments and fee reconciliations
- Review and finalize SEBI regulatory and compliance reports, including monthly and quarterly submissions Review performance, attribution analysis, and tax computation for overseas clients
- Mentor the operations team while implementing SOPs and process improvements
- Audit of client accounts
Qualifications:
- M.Com / CA / MBA (Finance)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in PMS operations at a reputed firm
- Strong knowledge of SEBI PMS regulations
- Excellent Excel skills
- High attention to detail and strong analytical ability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
