We cater to the growing need of the high-net-worth investors (individuals, family offices and institutions) all over the world to invest in the Indian capital markets. The portfolio managers have a combined experience of over 65 years in the capital markets and over 45 years in managing funds and this expertise has been developed over multiple business cycles since 1991.
As of April 2026, the firm manages approximately Rs 575 crores in its PMS strategies and advises on another Rs. 450+ crores of assets.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Location: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, or Pune.
We are seeking a senior level Business Development professional who will be responsible for expanding our client base, generating new business opportunities and growing client relationships. The role requires strong networking capabilities, financial markets' knowledge, and the ability to convert prospects into long- term clients.
- Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with family offices, UHNI/HNI clients, and corporates.
- Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Represent Banyan Capital Advisors at client meetings, conferences, and industry gatherings.

- 10+ years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or relationship management in Asset Management, Wealth Management or Financial Services.
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of engaging and acquiring Family Offices, HNI, and UHNI clients.
- A self-starter with a can-do attitude, along with excellent communication skills.
- MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing preferred.
