Job Description
What role you will play in team: Support senior team members on various corporate finance projects.
What you will do: Conduct financial analysis, prepare presentations, and support deal execution.
Key responsibility:
- Conduct financial due diligence.
- Prepare financial models and valuation analyses.
- Support transaction execution.
- Prepare presentations for clients and senior management.
- Conduct market research.
- Assist with preparing pitch books and presentations
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 0-1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
