Associate, Financial Control

What role you will play in team: You will work in a team supporting the financial control function, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

What you will do: Perform account reconciliations, assist with month-end close procedures and support various financial reporting activities.

Key responsibility:

• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Assist in the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Support the team in various financial control activities
• 
  Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
• Assist with audits and regulatory inquiries

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-4 years of experience in financial control or a related field
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
