Introduction:

As FBP for BX-BUK Consumed Costs & Cost Transformation, the purpose of this role is to support the planning, analytics and reporting of the BUK CEO View (Consumed Costs) and impact of the BUK Cost Transformation programme on the BUK Business cost base. This includes monthly cost reporting, variance analysis, risks & opportunities tracking, KPI and associated saves tracking of BX Transformation Programmes, and analysis of the impact from initiatives embedded in Outlook and MTP processes. The holder of this role will be required to support the production of insightful Management Information (MI) and analytics on the impact of BX Allocated costs and BX Transformation programmes on the BUK cost base.

This role requires an ability to help support the VP in managing key stakeholder relationships within Finance and across the business, providing valuable decision support, monitoring and challenge. The individual will also need to maintain best in class, efficient and robust processes and systems, and look for continuous improvements opportunities within the remit of the role, driving through these improvements to completion.

The successful candidate for this role will be expected to build their knowledge of this role and enhance their profile amongst stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

What we’re looking for:

• Professional recognised accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA), or equivalent relevant experience, with strong post qualified experience


• Strong academic background.


• Proven strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.


• Modelling and analytical skills.


• Proven ability of providing Management Information (MI) and analysis from gathering the data through to interpretation and designing effective reports


• Experience of providing high quality financial support to senior stakeholders

• Ability to balance multiple critical requests from various stakeholders and prioritise in the right order.


• Ability to drive and execute deliverables in short time frames and able to thrive in a challenging and ever changing environment.


• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.


• Self-starter, problem solver, able to work with minimal supervision
