Financial Planning And Analysis (FP&A) Specialist

What role you will play in team: Provide financial support to various business units, analyzing performance, forecasting results and providing insights to management.

What you will do: Prepare financial reports, analyze variances, support budgeting processes and build financial models.

Key responsibility:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of performance.
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Develop and maintain financial models.
• 
  Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs.
• Prepare presentations for senior management.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
