Equity Research Associate - India Focus

What role you will play in team: You will be part of a dynamic team focused on providing in-depth research and analysis of Indian equity markets. Your insights will directly inform investment strategies.

What you will do: You will conduct fundamental research on Indian companies, build financial models, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of publicly listed Indian companies.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast future performance.
• Prepare comprehensive research reports, including valuation and investment recommendations.
• Track industry trends, macroeconomic factors, and regulatory changes impacting the Indian markets.

• Present findings to senior investment professionals.
• Collaborate with other research analysts and investment bankers.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or Masters in Finance from a reputable institution.
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, valuation methodologies, and equity research principles.
• Proficient in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg Terminal).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in the Indian equity market is a plus.
