As a Barclays KYC Onboarding Manager, you will be considered a specialist member of the Know Your Customer (KYC) team specializing in obtaining, completing, and maintaining all Regulatory KYC documentation for our clients in accordance with the Banks guidelines with UK & Global financial regulations. It is an opportunity for you to provide high value, business critical KYC technical support to the Relationship Owner’s and Enhanced Due Diligence Teams.

What will you be doing?

What we’re looking for:
• Excellent communication skills, across all platforms, with the ability to flex styles to the needs of different colleagues, stakeholders and Clients
• Good time management skills to be able to proactively manage your workload effectively to complete complex and high-priority tasks within target timescales
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience of working with key stakeholder e.g. Financial Crime and Relationship Teams would be beneficial

Skills that will help you in the role
• Corporate Banking KYC Knowledge and Experience
• Solid grasp of Data Protection Act, Companies Act, Insolvency Act, Financial Services Act, Money Laundering, and confidentiality regulations
• Specialist knowledge and experience in reviewing company structures, organisations and ownership – for example Trusts

Where will you be working?
Northampton was the birthplace of Barclaycard in 1966 and weve been based in Pavilion Drive since the building opened in 1997. This state-of-the art energy efficient building holds up to 2,500 staff. The office location is perfect for travel from the midlands and London alike as we are based just off the A45, it is easily accessible by both car and bus routes.
