As a Barclays Lead UX UI Designer, you will be working for our Barclays Private Bank and Wealth Management business which enables us to assists our clients in growing their wealth responsibly and at each stage of their personal financial journey. We are currently on an exciting journey to transform how we develop scalable, resilient and efficient, platforms, simplifying, and creating capacity to reinvest for growth and client experience.

What will you be doing?

• Conducting user research via interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs 

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent portfolio showcasing previous design projects, demonstrating skills in wireframing, prototyping, and a variety of design tools
• A deep knowledge and execution of Human Centred Design methodologies

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Experience working as a UX/ UI Designer with an in-house Design team or at a Design agency
• Experience working with the Agile change methodology
