As a Barclays Marketing Coordinator – Equity Research, you will be a part of EMEA Equity Research team supporting a number of Analysts by helping them reach their marketing goals by using accessible tools and being the go-to person for your sectors with regard to navigating the available marketing data, tools and processes. You will also be responsible for managing marketing schedules, calendars and ensure that activities are booked in a timely manner.

What will you be doing?
• Securing high quality schedules using target client lists in line with guidelines and liaising with Specialist and regional sales, highlighting the teams’ priority clients
• Concluding who is responsible for booking meetings with individual clients across the team, including taking ownership of booking meetings directly where appropriate
• Taking ownership of arranging marketing schedules, monitoring schedules and ensuring meetings are logged appropriately

What we’re looking for:
• Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Highly organised

• Previous Research and/or Investment Banking experience preferable
