As a Barclays Municipal Banking Analyst, you will have the opportunity to gain a broad understanding of the Public Finance investment banking business by providing cross-functional assistance to senior bankers. Our client base in Public Finance consists of state and local governments, healthcare systems, universities, and non-profit organizations nationwide. What will you be doing?

• Collaborating with public finance bankers and other team members to brainstorm structure alternatives and provide tailored solutions that meet clients’ financing needs
• Developing and evaluating debt profiles of various clients

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a demonstrated interest in public policy
• Two or more years of related experience
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with excellent communication, organization, time-management skills, and attention to detail

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Series 7, 52, and 63
• Experience within a Banking or Municipals business
