Operational Risk & Control Analyst

What role you will play in team: Contribute to a strong risk and control environment by analyzing operational processes, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.

What you will do: Conduct risk assessments, analyze operational data, provide recommendations for control improvements.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct risk assessments of operational processes within the bank.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas of risk and control weakness.
• Develop and implement control improvements to mitigate identified risks.
• Provide recommendations to management on enhancing operational controls.
• 
  Maintain detailed records of risk assessments, control evaluations, and remediation plans.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and manage emerging risks.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business).
• Strong understanding of operational risk management principles and frameworks.
• Experience in financial services is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
