As a Barclays Prime Solutions Manager, you will be part of the Team within the Prime Services business delivering best-in-class products and services, and responsible for the provision of strategic client and risk solutions across the full spectrum of the Prime Financing businesses. The Team is responsible for front-to-back project management of the client onboarding process, post the winning of a mandate and its approval by the Prime Onboarding Committee.

What will you be doing?
• Coordinating with Sales, KYC, Credit, Legal and Compliance and other teams across Prime, and Markets more broadly to ensure global due diligence and legal requirements are met
• Working with Clients, Sales, Trading and CNSG and Legal Advisory teams on the legal, business and credit points during documentation negotiations

What we’re looking for:
• Knowledge of Prime Service operations, obtained in a Client Service, Client Onboarding, Product/Business Management role, dealing with hedge funds and/or institutional clients
• Solid understanding of Financial Resources, Operational Risk and Legal Risk & Regulatory Requirements
• Sell-side experience working in a prime brokerage team, or buy-side experience working with prime brokers

Skills that will help you in the role:
• Knowledge of prime brokerage products and services including the risks associated with them and related operational aspects
• Knowledge of documentation including but not limited to: prime brokerage, committed margin, netting, ISDA master, repo master, equity master confirmation agreements
• The ability to work both independently and as a member of a team and possess a solid analytical approach, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident communicator, able to interact confidently with colleagues and counterparts at all levels

In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as; a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links. With a population of around 5000 staff the atmosphere is second to none with a real buzz being created around the offices within.
