Private Equity Associate

What role you will play in team:Collaborate with a high-performing team on investment due diligence, portfolio management and value creation initiatives for our private equity investments.

What you will do:Conduct financial analysis, market research and industry analysis; prepare investment memos and presentations.

Key responsibility:

• Financial modeling and valuation.
• Conducting due diligence and market research.
• Preparing investment memos and presentations.
• Portfolio company monitoring and support.
• 
  Developing and implementing value creation plans.
• Assisting in the fundraising process.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or CFA preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience in investment banking or private equity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong work ethic and team player.
• Proficiency in financial software like Bloomberg Terminal.
