As a Barclays Regulatory Operations Analyst AVP, you will be responsible for assisting in Regulatory Reporting submissions to protect client assets and developing and driving forward the Control framework for the associated regulations. You will have the opportunity to provide a change in developing and enhancing the regulatory risk control framework within and beyond Operations while developing key management information metrics and reporting to senior management and external stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

• Participating in a strategic initiative program to enhance the controls and processes related to SEC Rule 15c3-3 including potential tech automation solutions

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Business skills, including intermediate excel and Powerpoint skills
• Knowledge of US Regulatory Rules (FINRA, SEC)

• Experience in Investment Banking
• Entrepreneurial spirit with passion for getting things done
• Ability to engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders and navigate the firm
