- As an RPA UiPath Technical Delivery Manager at Barclays, you will play a key role in leading the evolution of the digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage cutting-edge technology to transform our digital offerings and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Working alongside a team of developers, you will be tasked with delivering a robust technology stack, utilizing your analytical and problem-solving skills to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
To excel in this role, you should possess experience in delivering automation projects using technologies like RPA and Python. You will also need expertise in evaluating business processes for automation opportunities, delivering Alteryx solutions, and implementing Agile methodologies. Proficiency in tools such as Confluence and MS Visio/Draw.io, as well as familiarity with database systems and API integration concepts, will be crucial. Additionally, exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this position.
The main purpose of this role is to lead and manage engineering teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, fostering innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with business objectives.
Your key accountabilities will include effectively leading engineering teams, overseeing timelines, managing risk, and prioritizing tasks to ensure successful solution delivery within scope, time, and budget. Additionally, you will mentor team members, evaluate and enhance engineering processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and enforce technology standards to deliver high-quality solutions.

For an individual contributor, the focus will be on leading collaborative assignments, guiding team members, identifying new directions for projects, and consulting on complex issues.
