Senior Audit Associate

What role you will play in team: Lead and mentor junior team members while contributing to the success of our internal audit function. This is a chance to take ownership of key audits and work with stakeholders across departments.

What you will do: Plan and execute audits, manage resources, and ensure timely completion of audit projects. Contribute to the development of innovative audit methodologies and technologies.

• Leading and mentoring junior audit team members

• Identifying and documenting control weaknesses

  Communicating audit findings to management
• Developing and implementing audit methodologies

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification (preferred)
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and internal controls
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in data analytics tools
