Senior Corporate Finance Analyst - Debt Financing

What role you will play in team: You'll play a pivotal role in supporting debt financing transactions for the corporation, performing detailed financial analysis and supporting the structuring of debt deals.

What you will do: You'll analyze financial statements, prepare presentations, and manage the financial due diligence processes for debt transactions. You'll also work closely with legal and other stakeholders.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial analysis and valuation of potential debt financing transactions.
• Prepare and review debt financing proposals and documentation.
• Manage the financial due diligence process for debt transactions.

  Support the negotiation and structuring of debt financing agreements.
• Maintain relationships with financial institutions and lenders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Strong experience in debt financing or corporate finance.
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of debt markets and financial instruments.
