Treasury Analyst - Interest Rate Risk

What role you will play in team: You will play a critical role in analyzing and managing the bank's exposure to interest rate risk.

What you will do: Analyze market data, build models, implement hedging strategies, and report on interest rate risk exposures.

Key responsibility:

• Analyzing market data to identify and assess interest rate risk exposures.
• Developing and implementing interest rate hedging strategies.
• Building and maintaining interest rate risk models.
• Monitoring and reporting on interest rate risk exposures.
• 
  Collaborating with other teams to manage interest rate risk across the bank.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of interest rate risk management principles.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Experience with interest rate derivatives and hedging strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
