US Liquidity Risk Reporting Specialist
Glasgow
As a Barclays US Liquidity Risk Reporting Specialist, you will work with our US Funding and Liquidity Management (FLM) team to ensure that Treasury meets regulatory reporting requirements. This is an opportunity to support critical decision making by ensuring that reliable analysis, reporting and information is available, you will be part of our finance transformation programme building the function of the future at an exciting time for the business.

What will you be doing?
• Defining and implementing well controlled reporting processes to generate Treasury regulatory reports such as FR2052a
• Working with upstream data providers to ensure Treasury has timely, accurate and complete data
• Collaborating with other Funding and Liquidity Management teams to review the methodology and implementation for regulatory reporting
• Helping to drive the creation & implementation of the team’s strategies for high data quality and accuracy, reporting/Data reconciliation and improvement of process efficiency
• Conducting process reviews to identify improvements in the reporting processes to eliminate waste and create more value for the clients/business users
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with partners/upstream data partners in technology & business both global and domestic
• Overseeing daily submission of regulatory reports and MI
• Soliciting support and engagement from teams outside of Treasury such as Policy, Risk and Legal
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) or significant equivalent experience Looking to get Placed? Try our Placement Guarantee Plan
• Established Treasury/Financial Analysis experience e.g. funding, liquidity risk management, balance sheet analysis
• Experience and developed knowledge of technology solutions to assist in defining and proposing solutions and improvements to reporting processes and data quality
• Experience and developed knowledge of methodology and interpretation for regulatory reports such as FR2052a
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Experience in maintaining reports and improving efficiency
• Experience in testing and implementing new processes /reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to write effective, high-quality emails and documents
• Results oriented with the ability to commit to and follow initiatives through to completion
