As a Barclays Vice President - US Capital and Leverage Management (CaLM), you will be accountable for the efficient and effective management of Barclays US capital, with a focus on implementation of Basel IV based capital forecasting and dual stack reporting capabilities for BBDE. You will work with colleagues across Treasury, Finance, Risk, and businesses in other jurisdictions. Capital and Leverage Management (CALM) monitors and manages capital risks, and manages capital ratios, for the Barclays Group and its subsidiaries.

Salary / Rate Minimum: $160,000
Salary / Rate Maximum: $205,000

What will you be doing?

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree 
• Knowledge of financial and capital regulations, e.g., FRB, Dodd-Frank S165 Regulation YY
• Familiarity with FDIC requirements in relation to bank holding company and Total Loss Absorbing Capacity – TLAC

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Knowledge of both investment banking and retail business models and associated financial resource implications
• Experience with capital management practices including Basel and agencies capital rules
• Experience with CCAR or an equivalent capital planning and stress testing regime
• Familiarity with financial and non-financial risk management for financial institutions

Where will you be working?

You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 32-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the facade of the building.
