Barsys is on a mission to revolutionize the cocktail experience through smart technology and creative innovation. Were looking for a talented Mixologist or Beverage Consultant to join our team and lead cocktail development, recipe optimization, and content creation. This is a unique role for someone who loves both craft and creativityand wants to build the future of cocktails with us.

What Youll Do

• Curate and create 15 cocktail recipes every week including original creations and classics, optimized for the Barsys app and product ecosystem.
• Integrate brand-specific spirits and ingredients into recipes to support e-commerce and brand collaborations.
• Refine and optimize existing cocktail recipes on the Barsys app to ensure exceptional flavor and consistency when made using Barsys products.
• Become an expert on Barsys products learn how to craft perfect drinks using our tech and contribute to future product improvements.

• Own garnish and presentation your cocktails should not only taste amazing but look camera-ready and visually stunning.
• Be on camera! Film cocktail tutorials, reels, and educational content for YouTube, Instagram, and more. Strong communication and confidence are a must.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and creative teams to align recipes, video content, and brand goals.
• Spot and incorporate trends from the US and around the world to keep our cocktail offerings fresh, exciting, and relevant.

What Were Looking For

• 36 years experience as a bartender, mixologist or beverage consultant.
• Strong understanding of spirits, mixers, and cocktail techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and on-camera presence.
• Available 1 - 2 days a week to shoot content.
