Executive - Boiler Operation

Ensure Smooth Operation of Boiler with maxi. Working pressure High pressure boiler and Natural gas fire/coal fire
Ensure plant and equipment reliability
Maintaining & Monitoring of Boiler & utility consumption on daily basis.

• Ensure proper supply of Boiler steam and Utility to all plants and in offices at Site and ensure safe operations.
• Monitoring Utility parameter and maintaining necessary records of boiler and utilities.
• Responsible for effective functioning of operation team consisting of boiler & utility Officers for their day to day operation related works.
• 
  Ensure that various maitainace modification, capex jobs carried out as per schedule
• Imparting various training to officer &contractors.
• Development of subordinates by identifying training needs and providing good working culture.
• To encourage EHS reporting by Employees and Contractors
  

Following Utilities at site to handle

• Water (Raw, Process, DM, Cooling, Tempered, Drinking water system)
• Fire hydrant system
• Boiler
• Thermal oxidizer
• Compressed Air system
  

RCMS Responsibility:
Executives are responsible to their Head of Department/Functional Head for the implementation of the EHS Policy and the working to the requirements of the RC.
