Our good-food ATMs are stationed in 40+ locations in Delhi NCR, Punjab & Bangalore including places like Amity university, Select City Walk, Worldmark Aerocity, Ambience mall, Max Group & Fortis group. We are also partners with food court aggregators like Smartq, Foodforum, Gokhanna. We have served 10 Lakh + orders and are on track to open 100 kiosks in this financial year.
Role Overview-
We are looking for a highly driven and sharp Talent Acquisition Executive who will take ownership of hiring blue collar staff across our outlets and operations. The role requires someone who can quickly assess candidates, move fast with hiring decisions, and close multiple positions efficiently. The ideal candidate should be proactive, responsible, and have a strong getting things done attitude.
Key Responsibilities-
1. High-Volume Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue collar roles such as outlet staff, kitchen staff, helpers, delivery staff, etc.
- Close multiple positions simultaneously while maintaining quality of hires.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of ready-to-join candidates.
2. Quick Candidate Assessment
- Conduct swift and effective screening to judge candidate suitability.
- Evaluate candidates on skill, attitude, reliability, and cultural fit.
3. Sourcing & Recruitment Channels
- Source candidates through job portals, local hiring networks, references, walk-ins, and field hiring.
- Build strong ground-level hiring networks to ensure consistent manpower availability.
4. Offer Closure & Joining
- Coordinate with candidates to ensure offer acceptance and timely joining.
- Maintain strong follow-ups to reduce dropouts and no-shows.
5. Onboarding & Documentation
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires including documentation and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with operations teams for deployment at outlets.

6. Ownership & Accountability
- Take complete ownership of hiring targets and ensure positions are closed within timelines.
- Maintain hiring trackers and provide regular updates to the HR/Operations team.
