Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (QuickBooks).
Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, including data input .
Generate and issue client invoices in a timely manner.
Perform periodic reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card statements, and vendor accounts.

Ensure compliance with US GAAP and applicable federal and state regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and timely reporting.
The preferred candidate should be based in Delhi or Gurugram to ensure regular attendance at the office.
