Job Description

    As a Senior Sales Executive (Software Sales) at BSH Technologies Pvt. Ltd., located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of our innovative software solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, prospect, and generate qualified leads within the IT/software domain. You will be expected to conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations, manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, and achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
    To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of proven IT/software sales experience with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Hindi are essential. Furthermore, you should possess in-depth knowledge of software solutions such as SaaS, ERP, CRM, and POS, along with proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
    As a self-motivated and results-oriented professional, you will be required to develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base, build and maintain long-term client relationships, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports. Collaboration with marketing & product teams, staying updated on industry trends, and identifying new business opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities.
    Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field, with an MBA in Marketing/Sales being preferred. Your willingness to travel frequently will be an asset in this role.
