Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Job Posting and Recruitment:
- Post job openings on job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct initial HR interviews.
- Manage onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Employee Records and Documentation:
- Maintain employee files and HR databases.
- Update attendance, leave records, and employee information.
- Prepare HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters).
- Payroll and Attendance:
- Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing.
- Maintain attendance and leave management system.
- Resolve employee payroll queries.
- Employee Engagement:
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Support the performance appraisal process.
- Handle employee grievances and queries.

- HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain statutory records (PF, ESIC, etc., if applicable).
- Assist in HR audits and documentation.
- Exit Process:
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Manage full and final settlement documentation.
- Update employee exit records.
