Batti Jalao (Kay Dee Marketing) is a leading healthcare marketing agency. We specialize in providing comprehensive marketing solutions to a diverse range of healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, health-tech companies, pharmaceutical companies, etc.

We are seeking driven and experienced freelance business development executives to join our team and expand our presence in the Delhi-NCR region.

As a Freelance Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, pursuing and securing new business opportunities for our agency within the Delhi-NCR healthcare market. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with key decision-makers and closing deals that contribute to our agencys growth and success.

Key Responsibilities & Areas (KRAs):

  • Lead Generation:
  • Proactively identify and target potential clients in the Delhi-NCR healthcare sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify key trends, competitor activities and potential business opportunities.
  • Utilize various lead generation methods, including networking, online research, industry events and cold outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

Relationship Building:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, healthtech companies and pharmaceutical companies.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Represent our agency professionally and effectively in all interactions.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our agencys services and value proposition.
  • Effectively communicate our agencys capabilities and tailor proposals to meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that are mutually beneficial for both the agency and the client.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Client Management:

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client onboarding.
  • Gather client feedback and identify areas for improvement in our service offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales and business development, within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Delhi-NCR healthcare market and its key players.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Target-oriented and results-driven approach.

Compensation:

  • Competitive commission structure based on closed deals and achieved targets.
