Analyst - Employee Services
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete the Assigned audits within the timeline and report out the non-compliances to the stakeholders
- Ensure that i-docs / Accruals / Report generation are completed as per the timelines defined
- Monitor/Clear E-vendor open items and respond to the queries from the region that has been assigned to
- To demonstrate Problem Solving Skills while addressing critical issues within the process
- Respond to the queries within the TAT agreed
- To have an eye for details in identifying gaps in compliance & process
- Support org wide initiatives with active participations
- Work on the QC feedback highlighted by the Sr Auditor/SME/Lead
WHO YOU ARE
- B. Com/MBA Finance or any Accounting Degree
- 2-5 years of T&E experience
- Attention to details
- Good Knowledge of MS Office- Excel and Power point
- Should be good in accounting
- Knowledge of any Foreign Language would be an added advantage
- Effective verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
