Data Transformation & Integration Analyst

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for driving Data scope for all process value streams and integrate them together to facilitate milestone planning and seamles end-to-end transformation of data from source legacy systems to target future S4 landscape with fit-for-purpose data quality, data integrity and data compliance. As an analyst you are expected to understand and translate process requirements of process value streams to data requirements, and liasion with data value stream leads and IT Solution designers to design and develop the underlying integrated data model.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the entire scope of data within respective specific process value stream (S2P/R2D/A2R/C2C/Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Quality)


• Translate process requirements- data requirements and ensures the right set of data gets identified, gathered and translated with right data quality and data integrity.


• Drives end to end cycle of transformation starting from data cleansing- data mapping- data streamlining and standardization (integrity checks, defect resolutions and signoffs)


• Collaborate and drive effective and assertive level of engagement with business to establish rules and secure data quality throughout transformation program


• Collaborate within data value stream team with peers to establish one standard approach, one set of principles and one set of tools across functions

  Supports & collaborate with project team to define quality & integrity indicators for project tollgates



• 
  

  Coordinate with IT to ensure right data integrity & data standards across interfaces



• 
  

  Supports business in establishing future maintenance organizations

  
  for handovers



• 
  

  Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transformation overall.

  
  

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor/Masters Degree with 8+ years of Experience.


• E2E domain experience and knowledge in one at least (S2P/R2D/A2R/C2C/Supply chain/Manufatcuring/Quality)


• Proven experience in end to end transformation cycles with multi national teams as part of massive ERP transformations (S4 an added plus)


• Proven experience in dealing and negotiating with multiple stakeholders, ability to challenge "status quo"


• Excellent communication, articulation and conciseness


• Flexabilty in shift preference and in terms of travel needs.
