The FP&A Manager supports the overall financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities of the organization. The role focuses on delivering high-quality insights to drive strategic and operational decision-making, ensuring that financial targets are met and risks are proactively managed.

In this role, you will:

• Assist in preparation of the annual budget and periodic reforecasts
• Work closely with business units to gather assumptions and inputs with a focus on cost
• Develop detailed financial models to support budgeting, long-range planning, and scenario analyses
• Consolidate inputs from various departments and validate consistency and accuracy
• Prepare monthly management reports with insightful variance analysis vs budget, forecast, and prior year
• Identify key drivers of performance and communicate findings to management
• Provide regular updates on risks and opportunities affecting financial performance
• Support preparation of board reports, investor presentations, and ad-hoc reports
• Build strong relationships with department heads and provide financial guidance and insights
• Support non-finance stakeholders in understanding financial reports and KPIs
• Maintain and enhance dynamic financial models for business planning
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Develop dashboards and automated tools for improved reporting and tracking
• Provide actionable insights to senior management to drive profitability and efficiency
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial and operational performance
• Drive data analysis and create new models where necessary as well as constantly identify optimisation opportunities through automation and tool implementation
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as required

Get Hired

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is required
• 6+ years relevant experience (minimum 4 years’ experience in FP&A)
• Experience building financial models in Excel and reports for variance analysis
• Excellent knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Knowledge and understanding of financial statements and drivers that influence the P&L
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Demonstrated financial analysis and modelling skills
• Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Will need to be comfortable interacting with people across the organization
• Fluency in English is a must
• Highly analytical and detail oriented with high level of intellectual curiosity
• Self-driven, proactive individual with motivation to grow and excel with a dynamic and fast paced team environment
• Self-starting nature
