Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to handle end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role requires ensuring smooth HR operations while supporting business goals through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
Coordinate performance appraisal and feedback processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Plan and conduct training and employee engagement activities
Support management in workforce planning and HR strategies
Handle exit formalities and full & final settlements

Desired Profile:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR manager role
Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Proficient in MS Office and basic HR software/tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions.
