Job Summary:
Drive sales growth across assigned territories in Karnataka
Develop new accounts and strengthen existing client relationships
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Manage distributors, dealers, retailers, and key clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct regular market visits and track competitor activity
Promote products through presentations and negotiations
Ensure timely payment collections and healthy receivables
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and accounts teams
Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Requirements:
23 years of field sales experience (B2B/channel sales preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of Karnataka market; willing to travel
Self-motivated and target-driven
Basic MS Office and reporting knowledge
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
