Senior Product Manager [T500-14883]

Key Responsibilities

• Craft vision for complex or multiple product(s) independently
• Participate in crafting long-term vision with guidance
• Mastery in translating business needs into customer goals and features
• Mastery in both crafting strategy and overall execution for a product or multiple products
• Deliver against core customer value propositions and Best Buy&aposs strategic and financial goals
• Demonstrate empathy for the customer, and steer discussions to how to build customer trust
• Highlight system constraints (resource, financial, technology) to leadership that prevent creation of long-term customer engagement and brand love
• Demonstrate the test / learn / iterate mindset
• Lead teams to innovate and transform by embracing new ways of working
• Demonstrate an innovative mindset and find ways to push through adversity
• Analyze product performance through qualitative and quantitative analysis tools and processes

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor&aposs degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent experience
• 6+ years of Product Management experience, OR experience working with development, User experience, Strategy, or related. Including:
• 2+ years of experience with direct people management and team management
• 1+ year of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, or related
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex data products and initiatives.
• Experience with data visualization tools, data warehousing, big data technologies, and/or machine learning.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global and diverse environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.

  Experience working in an omni-channel retail environment
• Experience in setting ambitious, tangible, and measurable team objectives and key results.
• Strong understanding of data governance and best practices.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
